Shipping Policy

We usually process and dispatch orders within 1-2 days and all orders should be delivered within 3-5 business days (excluding Sundays and Public holidays)

Please Note – All the products in your order will be shipped together in one shipment. 

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge varies based on minimum order value. 
Currently we charge Rs.80 delivery charge for order value below Rs.200. We also charge additional delivery charge for your orders which are bulk or volumetric in nature. When we incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value or bulk consignments, charging a nominal delivery charge helps us offset logistics costs. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products. We work with some of the best third party logistics companies and we do not control the delivery charges. The customers are charged the delivery charges on actuals. 
 
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline for some products?
It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
 
What is the estimated delivery time?
We generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
· The inventory of offered product
· Product availability with the Publisher/Distributor 
· The destination to which you want the order shipped from the location of our warehouse
 
Are there any hidden shipping charges on schoolsupplies.co.in?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on schoolsupplies.co.in 
List prices are final and inclusive for packing charges if any. 
The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Delivery charges are clearly reflected in your cart detail on checkout page as Shipping Charge depending on shipping policy.
 
Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each product?
You may notice varying estimated delivery times for various products listed on Schoolsupplies.co.in website. Delivery times depend on product availability, geographic location of Publisher/Distributor, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver at your location.

Why schoolsuppies.co.in does not/cannot ship to my location?
Please enter your pincode on the product page to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.
If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.
Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on
· Whether the our current infrastructure allows us to ship to your location
· Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping to your location
· The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
 
Why is the COD charged on schoolsupplies.co.in?
When you place an order on COD, our courier partner charges a cash handling fee for all COD shipments. We levy a nominal COD charge to offset the cash handling fee. We encourage customers to make online payment at the time of checkout to avoid additional COD charges. 

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

This product is not available because it is no longer available and has been permanently discontinued.
 
Does schoolsupplies.co.in deliver internationally?
As of now, schoolsupplies.co.in does not deliver items internationally.
You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.

How does the delivery process work?
Once your order is placed on the website, your products are checked thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
The orders are then packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible time. In case they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
India shipping charges - A flat Rs.99 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.999.
In case your pin code belongs to any place in northeast India or outskirt areas that are only serviceable few selected couriers/Indian post, our team will reach out to you for an extra shipping charge if applicable.

How are items packaged?
We provide sturdy support for packing your orders in bubble wraps, and fragile items are taken care of with additional packaging. Your order safety is our priority. 

What is the range of locations to which Bansal Stationers ships its products?
schoolsupplies.co.in ships throughout India, including North East India. For our overseas customers, we recommend you order the products at your Indian shipping address and then ask someone from your family to send them over.
