Cancellation and Returns Policy

To cancel your order placed on the Schoolsupplies.co.in website, please follow these steps :
You can cancel your order until the consignment is shipped or up to 12 hours from the time you placed the order, whichever is earlier.

When the order is cancelled before shipment of the consignment, we refund your total amount in the same account or mode through which you made the payment on our website.

When the order is cancelled after shipment of consignment, we refund the amount after deducting to and fro shipment charges. 

As a policy we recover to and fro shipment charges and COD charges from the customer for any COD order cancelled after the consignment is shipped, or the customer declines to accept the consignment on arrival.

To return a product to schoolsupplies.co.in, please follow these steps :
If you have been delivered a wrong product which you did not order, or you received the product in a damaged condition, you can return such products for exchange from schoolsupplies.co.in within 2 days of the delivery date.

· Once the return ticket is generated at our end, we shall mail you a label which you need to print and paste on the packing.

· Pack the item nicely in a similar manner as you received it and paste the return ticket label on it. 

· Keep the item ready for pick up by our partner courier company.

· We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability. 

· We shall send you a confirmation email and WhatsApp as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and process your product replacement or payment refund.
